Why won't her parents DO SOMETHING ?

Okay. So there is a young girl that I know and she is thirteen. We used 2 be cool but then she move to Clermont ,Florida and even when she went to my old school she started to act like she just forgot me. Like she just started to act like I was a just complete stranger when we were on the verge of becoming Best Friends. I was bored, so I decided to go on facebook for the heck of it. I looked through her pics because she always updates cute pictures and she is GORGEOUS. I just happened to come through to some racy pics. She had on this white spaghetti strapped tank top and she had it stretched slightly below her panties and she had a picture of that. Secondly, she had on this shirt that came up to her belly button and then she was ruffling her hair to make her seem all sexy. Then she had another one where she had her butt just sticking out. That's not even it. The problem is, her mom has a facebook and I'm prettty sure that she looks through her pics and sees those pictures. Why aren't those pics off of facebook ? I mean, if that was me, my mom would have grounded me for a month or two, beaten me to literal death, then told me to delete those pics. Also, is this skanky to you for a 13 year old girl ? And what is your opinion to this ? And if any of you have anything negative to say then whatever. I just think she needs to tone it down a lottt. Opinions ? Also, she has like, a ton of ex boyfriends and she has a twenty something looking year old boyfriend who smokes. Is that bad ?
