My breath is terrible because of my wisdom teeth, help?

This is gross but Im 17 and my wisdom teeth are half way in and arnt comming in any further, i need to get them out but my mom is still paying off my sisters wisdom teeth removal. the problem is i cant brush them so they stink. i brush all of my other teeth twice a day floss and mouth wash but litterally and hour later my breath stinks. its terrible and gum doesnt work it just ends up smelling like minty onions. its horrible.
