Flying tomorrow and it's a 3 and a half hour flight....?

So I am flying tomorrow but yesterday I found out that I have 2 minor ear infections.... I got some medicine yesterday but I'm wondering if I shoul be worried? Who an I kidding I'm already freaking out! The doctor knows I'm flying and didn't seem concerned but I have heard so many horror stories! Plz help me!!!!
