I know this might sound raciest, but what do you think?

Don't you think that black people are responsible for all the crimes in the united states of America? I mean the streets of new York and Los angouls.... And the killing.. Don't u think that we should do like the English people did? They sent criminals to australia.. And that's how Australia became a country... Why don't we send black to another place where they can have there Owen country??? But speak English? I wounder how that country would look like?? Would they play only basketball? And rap and kill each other???
