Why do I get cancor sores in my mouth constantly?

It's like every few weeks I getone they're small usually far down the inside of my lip.. I floss and use mouth wash constantly, and all that good stuff, so I don't know what's really causing it, I use a topical medicine on them and it really helps, it's just frustrating.
