sounds like circumvallate papillae of the tongue. look up the definition- does it look like what you're seeing? these papillae can trap bacteria, but frequently halitosis is related to stomach issues. your nausea could definitely be contributing to this odor. if it's just halitosis from the mouth alone, you could have gum disease. only your dentist can diagnose this problem. if it's just from bacteria on/around your tongue you're doing the right thing: brush, floss, and rinse with crest pro-health. good luck.
